If you delete the administrator for whom the Business Manager was created, you may lose access to the Business Manager account! (Warranty void, please keep that in mind!)

Any Facebook account can request verification via SMS upon login or during operation.
This is considered normal. You can confirm using your own phone number or SMS activation services.
